If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or any services offered by AuditWorks (“AuditWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the Site also signifies your acknowledgment that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Services

AuditWorks provides workers’ compensation audit services, audit preparation, consultation, and related business support services (collectively, the “Services”). Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, accounting, or professional advice. Your use of the Site or communication with us through the Site does not create an accountant–client, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

AuditWorks reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

All materials, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, design elements, and other content appearing on the Site are owned by AuditWorks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of Site materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” AuditWorks makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditWorks disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. In no event shall AuditWorks’ total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

AuditWorks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when revisions were last made. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
